After years of behind the scenes support for persons and populations seeking training in evidence-based mind-body medicine and other integrative health and healing programs, Dr. Ranjbar, along with an inspired group of Indigenous women leaders, established EARTH: Empowering All Relatives To Heal. Example programs include support for the ongoing re-storying (cultural reclamation within a complex sociocultural landscape)  of integrative health model towards increased health and overall population sovereignty. EARTH is supporting Indigenous populations, the worldwide Farsi-speaking Diaspora, and other populations and communities.
